Terms of Service – Client Photo Gallery Access

By accessing this gallery, you agree to the following terms:

Usage Rights
All images are provided for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing (heybreedlove@gmail.com). Clients may download and share images for non-commercial purposes (e.g., social media, personal printing).

Copyright
All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of The Focus Group Movement, LLC / @heyBreedlove. Copyright is not transferred with delivery of images.

Restrictions
Images may not be altered, edited, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. This includes filters, cropping that alters composition, or use in advertising or promotional materials.

Credit
When sharing images publicly (e.g., social media), proper credit must be given to @heyBreedlove where applicable.

Expiration & Access
Gallery access may be time-limited. Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing their images before the gallery expires.

Liability
The Focus Group Movement, LLC is not responsible for lost or corrupted files after gallery delivery and expiration.
